Internet Court uses account information, case content, votes, moderation reports, and membership information to operate the service.

What we collect

When you sign in, we receive the email address used for your account. When you create a case or vote, we store the information needed to provide those features and prevent abuse. If you purchase a membership, payment processing is handled by PayPal and we store the subscription information needed to provide membership access.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, publish and moderate cases, count votes, enforce limits, provide memberships, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.

Sharing

Public cases and public profile information are visible to visitors. We do not publish private account information as part of a case. Payment information is handled by PayPal rather than stored as payment card data by Internet Court.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet security and legal obligations, and resolve abuse or payment disputes. You can contact the service operator to request account or data assistance.
